If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Non-custom products purchased directly <strong>\u00a0<\/strong>may be returned\u00a0<strong>within 30 days<\/strong>.To receive a refund, the product must be in its original undamaged package, it cannot be used or washed, and it must contain all accompanying parts. A return shipping fee of $9.99, per package, will be deducted from the refund credit amount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Exclusions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Each Cascade Custom helmet is uniquely built to your specifications and typically<br>ships within 48 hours. So once your order is placed, our team is on it! As a<br>result, we are unable to cancel custom helmet orders or accept returns.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you purchased your Cascade Maverik products at one of our retail partners, please send return requests directly to the retailer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promotional items(camp giveaways, raffle items, etc.) are not returnable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To begin processing a return, please fill out the form located\u00a0here<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once returned items have been received by our warehouse, inspected, and confirmed to meet our guidelines, a<br>refund will be issued to the original form of payment (less $9.99 return shipping charge, per package) within 3 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 10-14 business days for this transaction to appear on your statement.&nbsp; As soon as a refund has been issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Need that item in a different size?
